Google Calendar (Public Booking)

Connect your Google Calendar so the public booking widget can check your busy times. Read-only — this never creates or modifies events on your calendar.

Leave as "primary" for your main calendar, or enter a specific calendar's ID from Google Calendar's settings.

Time Off / Blocked Dates

Block date ranges the public booking widget should never offer, on top of whatever's already busy on your Google Calendar.

Email Templates

Edit these anytime, or add your own. Sending (manual and automated) is a separate piece not built yet — this is where the content lives.

Custom Fields

Fields added here become available as merge tokens in every email template automatically. Built-in fields can't be removed here.

09

Family Settlement Agreement

Master section templates for the guided settlement agreement builder — custody, child support, spousal support, property division, debts, and other provisions. Edited on their own page since the content runs long.

10

Settlement Agreement (Civil) — Templates

Named boilerplate templates for the Civil Settlement Agreement PDF, generated from a case's Agreement tab. Add one per court/county as needed — e.g. a Tarrant County standard version alongside others. No letterhead or logo — this document is unbranded by design. No mediator signature line — the mediator is not a party to the settlement contract.

11

Scheduling Email Template

Sent automatically, once per side, whenever a Scheduling Triage request is created — each party gets only their own link. There's just this one fixed template (not a picker list) since it's always auto-sent, never chosen manually at send time.
